Beef Noodle Casserole
1 1/2 pounds Stew beef.
1 package Egg noodles
1 Heinz 57 sauce
Salt and pepper
Cut stew beef into 1″ cubes.
Brown in butter or margarine.
When browned add water to cover meat.
Cook in pressure cooker for 20 minutes at #10 pressure.
Remove steam and you can either crush fine the stew beef or leave it in cubes.
Add 1/2 bottle of 57 sauce. (More if you like spicy food).
Cook egg noodles according to package directions & drain.
Thicken sauce with flour and water to get a gravy.
Pour over noodles or mix it all together.
