Zippy beef casserole

1 pound Ground beef
4 ounces Uncooked elbow macaroni
1 can Condensed cream of mushroom soup — (10 1/2 ounces)
1/4 cup Milk
2/3 cup Catsup
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded — (about 2 ounces)
1/4 cup Green pepper, chopped
1 Tablespoon Instant minced onion, 1 to 2 Tablespoons
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Potato chips, crushed

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook and stir meat until brown.
Drain off fat. |
Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
In ungreased 2-quart casserole, mix all ingredients except potato chips.
Cover; bake 40 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle with potato chips and bake 5 minutes longer.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
