Cheesecake cupcakes

Loading ...Mix cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar in bowl.
Line muffin pan with baking cups.
Place a vanilla wafer in each cup.
Fill each cup 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 to 14.
May be topped with cherry pie filling or other toppings, if desired.
