Cheesy Meat Pie

9 inch pie crust, unbaked
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 pound ground beef
3 tablespoons flour
8 ounces cheddar cheese — shredded
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups milk
2 each eggs
1 each potatoes — diced
1 each carrot — diced
salt and pepper
Brown ground beef in butter; add onion.
Stir in flour and salt and pepper.
Spread over pie crust; add cheese, potatoes, and carrots.
In bowl, mix milk, 2 eggs, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat and cheese.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 F or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
