Chicken and Rice
3 each split chicken breasts
1 cup rice
1 can cream of celery soup, condensed
4 ounces mushrooms, canned
1 can cream of chicken soup, condensed
1 package onion soup mix
1 soup can water
Mix all ingredients; cover chicken with mixture.
Bake at 350 F, covered, for 1 hour and remove cover and bake 1/2 hour.

This sounds good, and looks really easy to make. Do you think it could be slowed cooked in a crockpot? I love the ease of making my meals in the crockpot and having dinner ready when I get done with the housework.
