Grilled New Potatoes With Garlic

1 pound new potatoes
2 cups Garlic
1 teaspoon Rosemary — dried
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt
Ground pepper

Cook potatoes until almost tender.
Drain potatoes.
Toss with garlic, rosemary and olive oil.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Recipe can be prepared a day ahead to this point and refrigerated.
To grill, divide potatoes in half.
Place each batch in single layer between large pieces heavy duty foil (or double thickness regular foil).
Bring up ends of foil to close airtight.
Puncture several holes in each packages.
Place on grill rack over hot coals, turning several times, until cooked, about 7 minutes total.
Unwrap and serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.

    I can’t wait to pull my own new potatoes form the garden. I was a little late getting them in this year, but I planted heirloom potatoes and am growing them organically. I can’t wait to harvest them. Yum, thanks for the recipe.
