This is a yummy sounding recipe!

On the oatmeal in the meatloaf question??? I usually add it to my recipes, it doesn’t effect the taste at all, IMO. The only other add-in I use is sometimes stuffing, that does alter the flavor a lot. The stuffing is from a Kraft recipe, but I usually just toss stuff together for our tastes, rather than follow a specific recipe.

I’ve tried stuffing in the meatloaf and liked it very much, it’s such a different texture and flavor then bread crumbs.
