Pork and Macaroni

6 medium thick pork chops
1 large onion — coarsely chopped
1 pound spaghetti
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Italian grating cheese

In a large pot, brown the meat and onions together in some olive oil.
Add about 1 cup of water and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for about 45 minutes.
Bring to boil a pot of water and cook spaghetti.
Drain spaghetti; remove pork bones and pour pork and onion mixture over the spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese and serve hot.
