Spinach Calzone Pizzas

1 Loaf frozen bread dough — thawed
8 ounces Fat-free Mozarella — shredded
10 ounces Spinach, frozen chopped — thawed and well-drained
6 ounces Tomato paste
1/4 cup Onion — finely chopped
4 ounces Canned mushroom stems and — pieces, drained
1 Garlic clove — minced or pressed
2 tablespoons Red wine

Heat oven to 375 F.
Divide bread dough into 6 equal pieces.
On baking sheets sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, pat each piece into a 7″ circle.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Spoon approximately 1/2 c. of mixture onto half of each circle.
Fold dough over filling; moisten edges and press together with fork to seal.
Cut small slit in top of each calzone; lightly spray with cooking spray.
Bake at 375 F. for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.
