Val’s Fast and Easy Beef Stroganoff

I must remember to start taking pictures when I’m cooking from time to time.
This is a recipe that I adapted from one an old friend taught me. It’s for a fast and easy version of Beef Stroganoff. It will easily feed 4-8 people so be prepared to have leftovers.
You’ll need the following ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef
1 pound of pasta (I like rotini for this one because it holds the sauce nicely)
1 container of onion flavored sour cream (or one container of sour cream and one package of onion soup mix)
1 can cream of celery condensed soup
Onion seasoning
Garlic seasoning
Brown the ground beef while in a pot you boil the pasta.
Drain the fat from the ground beef.
Drain the pasta.
Cook the soup over a low flame long enough to heat it and loosen it from its can shape.
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, soup and sour cream.
Add seasoning to taste.
Add ground beef.
Serve hot.
