People that participate in each week’s meme receive at least one deep link. Any regular participant of FFOF, that has played 6x or more is eligible to receive a link if they want one, all they need do is let me know they want one. The links are in the sidebar.

If you would like to receive a weekly email reminding you to participate in the meme please fill out the form on the meme home page. And don’t forget to subscribe to the feed. That means you’ll get new recipes to try every day in your reader!

Here are this week’s four questions.

#1. American cheese. Sliced fresh or prepackaged processed cheese product?
#2. What is your favorite cracker?
#3. What hot breakfast cereal do you like? Think oatmeal, farina, grits, etc.
#4. Share a recipe that uses corn.

American cheese should only be slices fresh in front of you in the deli. Once you taste real you won’t get the processed stuff again.
Crackers. I like Ritz crackers.
I love grits, with a little butter and salt.
Hmmm. Corn sausage chowder, because I love it so much.

Here’s what I learned from Four Foods on Friday #23.

skeet’s last blog post..Sudden Cardiac Arrest - do you know enough?

  4. Skeet - Excellent suggestion, I will add that into the next one.
Blair and Chili Queen - You’re welcome!

  5. Thanks for another great week, Val.

Skeet has a great suggestion…I visit all of the blogs, and can’t leave comments on a lot of them, which means lots of people are missing out and I’m missing out by not leaving a wonderfully witty comment that compels them to visit my site. Haha.

    corrin’s last blog post..Yelle

  6. Corrin - You’re welcome. Yes I agreed with Skeet and decided I’d suggest it in the next one. I don’t like it when I can’t leave a comment either, it’s a pet peeve.

  7. Lovely choice to compare ‘crackers’ val..:) a great week as always!..

  8. My mom used to buy Chicken in a Bisket crackers when I was a kid! It’s hard to describe the taste, it’s sort of a buttery, chicken bouillion sort of taste. She also used to buy a brand that tasted like bacon-yuck!

Elizabeth’s last blog post..Four Foods on Friday

  9. Elizabeth - I’ll have to try those, I might like them.

  10. Val — Wonder what happened on my site? I use haloscan and haven’t gotten any word of outages and such…

Elle’s last blog post..Four Foods on Friday

  11. Siri - thanks. I always find it fascinating that we can see some of the same things as everyone else in the grocery store and like some different or some of the same things.

  12. Oh! I like Ritz crackers too. I usually have those in my cupboard. Townhouse taste a bit more buttery (and probably are more fattening) to me, but I like them both.

  13. I like Townhouse too, I usually get whatever’s on sale. I did pick up some Chicken in a Bisket this week to try. LOL.
