What I learned from Four Foods On Friday 37

Happy Friday!

Here were the four questions for this week.

#1. Cake. Buttercream, whipped cream or ice cream?
#2. When entertaining do you use real, paper, plastic or styrofoam dishes?
#3. When hosting a party do you cook, have it catered or go to a restaurant?
#4. Share a recipe that you frequently serve when having a party.

Depends on where the cake is coming from, but the answer is whipped cream or ice cream. I don’t like buttercream, it’s too thick and gritty.
If we mean kids party, paper. If we mean a dinner, real.
We don’t entertain a lot except for a couple of holidays and a birthday, but when we do have people over we cook.
Since I presume the host isn’t talking about a kids party, I’m going to go with mashed potatoes. Get a five pound bag of potatoes. Let hubby peel them. Boil them. Let Dad or hubby mix them with milk and butter. Serve.
