What I learned from Four Foods On Friday 46

Ike’s almost ashore in Texas. He’s big, scary and ugly. Good luck to all.

This weeks questions were:

#1. Egg salad or deviled eggs. How do you prepare?
#2. French fries. Do you make homemade or frozen?
#3. Gravy. What do you use - homemade, jar, can or from a package?
#4. Share a recipe for a hot (temperature, not spice) dish.

#1. Egg salad. I like mine simple. Boil and peel eggs. Smush (yep, that’s the technical cooking term) into little pieces. Add mayo. Serve.
#2. Frozen. Usually McCain, because they have some gluten free fries so my son can eat themas much as he wants.
#3. Jar. I can make gravy from scratch to save my a**.
#4. Valmg’s Mashed Potato And Chicken Bowl. Yes, I’ve mentioned it before. (Only a few times. LOL.)

Here’s what I learned from Four Foods On Friday 46. I’m microwaving this week’s meal instead of cooking it properly.

Another great edition of FFoF, Val. Copied several recipes that I’ll be trying, right after I finish correcting the behavior of the Miracle Whip deluded folks.
