Horizon Little Blends Thermos Giveaway

Back in September I participated in a community discussion and contest over at Twitter Moms where the topic was incorporating more fruits and vegetables into children’s diets. Horizon Little Blends was the sponsor of the contest. Horizon Little Blends is an all-natural yogurt blend of fruits and vegetables created to help parents incorporate more nutritious foods and variety into their child’s diet.
About Little Blends - Little Blends is an all-natural yogurt, meaning it’s produced without added growth hormones, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. It is also created without high fructose corn syrup. Each 4-ounce cup packs a daily value of 20 percent calcium, 25 percent protein, omega-3 DHA and probiotics.
CJ eats anything so it’s a non-issue for him. TJ has never liked potatoes in any form other than McDonald’s french fries or potato chips. I tried serving them in all different ways and he didn’t like any of them. He doesn’t like potatoes to this day.
WIN IT!
One winner will receive a pink Thermos and a coupon for a free 4 pack of Little Blends yogurt, courtesy of Horizon.

I find that the more fruits and veggies I eat then the more my daughter eats, it helps that right now those are the only things that my daughter will eat.
Smoothies! You can pack a lot of fruit into a smoothie…even spinach!
we are big eaters of yogurt and the kids love apples. I feel lucky, how their taste buds don’t change

I’ve started adding different fruits like berries to salads for my grandson and more vegetables to rice dishes.
I started letting my daughter help pick the fruits and veggies out at the store, and then she wants to eat them more often! Works wonders!!
I puree veggies and put them in pizza sauce. My son will always eat pizza!
We don’t have a big problem with the fruits, but the grandkids prefer raw veggies over cooked. So we will puree up veggies and add it to homemade meatballs and sauce.
I also add a little bit of pureed fruit or veggies to little mini oatmeal muffins.
