French’s Tuscan Roast Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Here’s a main dish recipe from French’s that I can share. This is more my speed!

TUSCAN ROAST PORK TENDERLOIN
Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 30 min.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups (2.8 oz.) FRENCH’S® French Fried Onions
- 1 tsp. crushed rosemary leaves
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp. FRENCH’S® Spicy Brown Mustard
1. MIX French Fried Onions, rosemary, garlic and pepper in plastic bag. Crush with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
2. BRUSH pork with mustard. Coat in seasoned onion crumbs; press firmly to adhere.
3. BAKE pork on a foil-lined baking sheet at 400°F for 30 min. or until 155°F internal temperature. Let rest 10 min. before slicing.
Makes 6 servings
Tip: Use this savory coating for pork chops or chicken breasts.

CRUNCHY COCONUT SHRIMP
An easy appetizer for Holiday parties.
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cook Time: 10 min.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups FRENCH’S® Original French Fried Onions
- 1/3 cup flaked, sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 2 egg whites, beaten
1. PLACE French Fried Onions and coconut into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
2. PLACE flour in another plastic bag. Add shrimp; shake to coat.
3. DIP shrimp into egg whites. Coat with onion mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
4. BAKE shrimp at 400°F for 10 min. until shrimp are fully cooked and crispy.
Makes 4 servings
Look for FRENCH’S® French Fried Onions in the canned vegetable aisle!
Variation: Add 1 tsp. curry powder to crushed onions.

valmg’s Deep Fried Cheesy Onion Batter Onion Rings

To enter all you need to do is share an original recipe of 140 characters or less on Twitter, including the #frenchs hashtag. Submitted recipes will appear on the www.frenchs140recipes.com website.
Here’s my entry, it’s for valmg’s Deep Fried Cheesy Onion Batter Onion Rings. I’ll be shrinking it down to fit into 140 characters.
To make this you’ll need
- 4-6 onions
- French’s Cheddar French Fried Onions
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
Wash and slice onions into rings.
Place French’s Cheddar French Fried Onions into plastic bag.
Seal plastic bag and crush the Cheddar French Fried Onions.
Mix egg and milk in bowl.
Dunk raw onion ring in milk and egg mixture.
Dredge raw onion ring in crushed Cheddar French Fried Onions.
Deep fry onion rings at 365 degrees until golden and crispy.
Drain onion rings on paper towel.
